How is a plan billed?
Every plan is billed annually at a flat price. The prices shown are exclusive of GST — 18% GST is added at checkout, as required for Indian SaaS.
What does the company limit mean?
It is the number of distinct companies you can file for on the MCA portal within your subscription year. Adding or removing companies from your profile is free and unlimited — a company is only counted the first time you start an MCA filing run for it.
Is AI included in the plan?
Yes. AI form pre-fill and document reading are built into every plan at no extra cost — there are no separate AI add-ons or credit packs to buy.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — you can move up a tier at any time as your portfolio grows, and upgrades within the first 30 days of a term carry no upgrade fee.
